Alternator Centre's Postcard Project and 35 Year Celebration!
July 12 -August 10, 2024
This year the Alternator Centre for Contemporary Art is celebrating 35 years of support to the local arts community. Their Annual Postcard Project and Members' Exhibition is on display until August 10th as part of the celebration.
I am happy to be participating this year with a playful interactive postcard titled "Hypnosis." Above is a glimpse of my postcard in its early stages...check out the exhibition to see the finished piece and to help celebrate and support the work being done in our community by this artist-run centre.

Pulled x 2 Exhibition:
Handmade Paper & Print
June 15-July 31, 2024
Pulled x 2 is a collaborative project to show the beauty and diversity of papermaking.
Nine papermakers were paired with seventeen printmakers to feature original prints made on handmade paper.
I am thrilled that my handmade paper has been selected by the following printmakers to produce works for this collaborative project:
Kelly Moran, Renee Magnanti, Anna Mavromatis, Charlotte Seifert, Carol Hayman
You can find out more about the 9 papermakers and 17 printmakers taking part in this exhibition which is part of the 2024 Print Houston Biennial by following these links:
